faq's:Is there a charge for the consultation with Dr Leake? Yes, the consultation fee to meet with Dr. Leake is $75.00. That fee will be waived if a surgical procedure is scheduled on the same day. If you have already paid your fee and schedule at a later date, the fee will be applied to your balance. Where do you perform surgery? We have an OR in our facility. We offer both oral anesthesia and IV sedation. You may also choose to have a nurse or an MD perform your sedation. Is there a charge for post procedure visits? There is no additional fee for any cosmetic post-op visits relating to that particular procedure. When can I go back to work after a surgery? Typically, patients can return to work ten days to two weeks after surgery. Does Dr Leake require medical clearance before surgery? Yes, we require a physical, series of blood tests and an EKG within 30 days of surgery. What is the process for scheduling surgery? Once you have decided on a surgery date a $500 deposit is required to reserve that day. A pre-op appointment is scheduled for two weeks before the surgery to go over all your questions and post operative instructions. At this time the remaining balance of the surgery is due. |
